As of April 2008, PMP Bioenergy projects contribute to a reduction of 800,000 t/year CO2e.
PMP Bioenergy Pty Ltd is part of the PMP Group of Companies and was formed as a specialist company that is involved in all facets of bioenergy projects.
The emphasis of PMP Bioenergy is to advance biogas harvesting and associated benefits from such harvesting. Biogas is generated from organic waste. Benefits from biogas harvesting include decreasing carbon emissions, and the generation of electricity and heat which can be used to reduce energy bills.
